
	Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please call during business hours for an appointment: 456-8191. You can request appointments also using our online form, for non-urgent appointments. Appointments are available with Michelle Aiken, ANP on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Dr. Hogenson has appointments on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If you cannot make your appointment please give 24 hours notice if possible. We accept most major insurances, Medicaid and Medicare, and are Blue Cross preferred providers.
